The hotel has a new facility and was located in a beautiful area. The restaurant had good food options with some nice amenities like an onsen. The staff was friendly and willing to help at any time.

The housekeeping was not up to par, as they forgot to replace our towels and toilet paper. The cleaning staff even entered the wrong gender onsen area and made some of us feel uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, with a gondola right in our back yard for easy access to skiing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, equipped with everything we needed including a washer, smart TV, and basic cooking amenities. The facilities were top-notch, with a ski valet, kids room, and a delightful onsen. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
